Leadership PhD Program
The Leadership program started in 1994 as an innovative concept in graduate education. It is designed for leadership professionals who are looking for an opportunity to pursue a PhD degree while focusing on growing their own competencies in their own life and work context. It is offered by the School of Education as an international and interdisciplinary collaborative graduate program.
Designed to meet the needs of mid-career leaders it provides leaders who are self-motivated to pursue a PhD degree in the context of a community of growing leaders, without requiring a move of their families or a break in their careers. Participants in this interdisciplinary program come from a variety of professional backgrounds including NGOs, NPOs, healthcare, business, education, pastoring, the military, and government.
